At FOXX, we believe that shipping should be hassle-free. That's why we offer fast and discreet shipping for all of our products. Our packaging is plain and unmarked, so your privacy is always protected. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Every item is made to order, and as such has a lead time of up to 14 days. Upon completion, your order will be shipped within 2 business days via Royal Mail tracked 48. Return & Exchange Policy
At FOXX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that we cannot accept returns on intimate items such as collars and cuffs unless they are defective.
